I own one of the projection televisions, and I love it. Projection televisions are more affordable than they've ever been, having been out for several years now. The picture on projection televisions is amazing, so much better than the old style of televisions. Ours is a high definition television, and when we watch HD DVDs or HD channels on cable, the picture and sound are perfect. It's great to sit and watch projection televisions, watching TV shows or movies on it. Ours is set up as a home theater system, complete with 64 inch TV, HD DVD player and surround sound speakers. We rarely go to the movie theater anymore now that we have this set up in our living room. Projection televisions have a picture and sound that are just as good as the new LCD HDTVs, but since they've been out longer they are more affordable. I've been looking at projection televisions online and am surprised at the low prices on the really big screen models. Shopping online is great, browsing and comparing projection televisions is so easy.
